Led by Paula Tseng and Fatima Tsang, the day includes Mindful yoga for all levels, partner yoga, lunch (mindful eating, eating in meditation and silence), meditation nature walk and DIY Kombucha.
Paula’s teaching is inspired by her own recovery through yoga, she guides others on their own path to healing and self discovery. Fatima is passionate about the physical and mental benefits of both practicing and teaching yoga.
